The Richmond based Nature's Path company started a podcast with information about nutrition, health, organics and lifestyle choices.

You can listen to the episodes right on the site, download them or subscribe to the RSS feed and have them delivered to you as soon as they are published.

The last episode, the fourth, was published today and it is called "Organic Food: How and Why to Make the Shift".

The April issue of the EcoNews newsletter starts with an article about organic food and cancer. Natural compounds called salvestrols, found only in organic fruits and vegetables, apparently helped about 50% of the people who took the supplement.This is still work in progress, but looks very promising.
