Chefs to the field is Great

This is one of the best organic events of the year. In its 3rd year it keeps growing and getting better all the time. Starting with 3 chefs (from some of Vancouvers finest restaurants) then 4 and this year 6 the event is a delight to both the eyes and taste buds.

The meal that was prepared for the some 200 people that enjoyed the event was all organic and a fabulous taste treat. The chefs and there assistants (chosen from the audience) prepared 4 dishes using food from the farm that they picked themselves. The winner this year was the Vancouver Club but all the teams were given high prase by the Judges that included Chef Jason last years winner from the Terminal City Club and 5 audience member. I look forward to next year and would recommend this event to anyone that likes good food and would like to support sustainable agriculture.
