Chicken Identity appeal on Tuesday

This Tuesday, September 7th, Brad Reid's appeal regarding the distinct difference of an organic chicken verses one grown under conventional standards will be heard. This appeal is to legally define that an organic chicken has a large biological difference and therefor does not fit under the same category of the regulated chicken marketing boards.
