RE: Organic Producers and Marketing Boards

Congratulations on your promotion to Minister of Agriculture. I have been following closely the long struggle that organic producers have had with conventional marketing boards. I strongly feel that the interests of organic producers and consumers are not served by the actions and regulations of marketing boards engaged in large-scale factory farming.

Accommodation of organic farmers must be made by exemption from these marketing boards or at the very least meaningful changes to the marketing board structure weakening their power over organic production.
